Job Description

  • Planning and execution (OKRs)
    • Ensure ambitious objectives setting & realization, push planification ahead and give visibility to the founders on the comfort level to reach objectives
    • Animate group of managers (Head of and Leads) in Operating committee and build routine to ensure follow-up
    • Define the right OKR and quarterly planning routine with managers
    • Act as a proxy for the COO, advising key leaders on best practices for getting alignment on decisions
    • Manage planning, OKR, monthly executive meetings (CEO/COO/CRO/CPO/VP Engineering) including, but not limited to, setting the agenda, taking notes, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic conversations and tracking follow through to increase accountability.
  • Productivity & efficiency
    • Maximize team efficiency and productivity through workflow optimization, organization design and technical solutions
    • Support all teams in the analysis & improvement of their processes and methods (User acquisition, Monetization, Growth, Creatives, Production, etc.)
      • Including in the management of numerous tools to make our organization more efficient (save time & effort) / effective (better delivery) as well as scalable
    • Make sure roles & responsibilities are clearly defined and shared across teams
    • Audit internal teams organization, benchmark external organizations and identify implications for Homa Games
  • X-team & strategic initiatives
    • Support the CEO & COO to identify, shape and roll-out key transformation projects and processes to make Homa scale
    • Act as Project Director on cross-teams projects; Being owner and responsible of the project’s success
    • Provide all the help the project team might need and demonstrate a “get things done” mindset
  • Knowledge management & enablement
    • Define the ideal behaviors we want to see when our teams share information
    • Design the guidelines, rules, and standards of excellence that will help reach those target behaviors
    • Define the right processes and ensure relevancy of knowledge shared (eg. page owner)
    • Ensure knowledge is shared and lived across teams within Homa: from tacit to explicit, organized, shared and evolving
  • Communication and high-level coordination:
    • Structure high-level communication to multiple stakeholders: Investors, Executive Team, key managers, all the collaborators
    • Responsible of the organization of multiple momentum to ensure everyone is onboard and highly motivated by the project: Board meetings, Executive Team meetings, Keynotes, all-hands bi-weekly, ‘Homa workation’ seminars, management Days, etc

Challenges for 2023:

  • Build a team of highly effective Operations managers: 5 by mid-2023; 8-10 by end-2023
