FP&A Senior Associate

Job Description

As FP&A Senior Associate you will :

1. Prepare budget and reforecast and track it against actuals

2. Participate in breaking-down business plan down to team OKRs,

3. Analyze HOMA’s various business models and collaborate with business owners to come-up with improvements levers

4. Track KPIs to boost revenue, margins (ROA, gross, operating, ebitda) or reduce costs

5. Contribute and/or drive various financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually) towards various stakeholders (company, finance team, company, external stakeholders such as shareholders or banking partners)


  • >3 years of experience in a strategic/finance field (up to 5+)
  • Fluent in English
  • Organized & Problem solver
  • A LOT of common sense (smart brain is better than tons of experience)
  • Excel and/or Google Sheet
