Product Manager - Casual Games


Homa Games is the world’s leading platform for creating and publishing mobile games. Game developers worldwide use Homa’s technologies to power their creativity. We’re a team of 100 creative, data-centric minds helping developers to turn their games into global hits played by millions of users. Based in Paris, we opened 5 offices in 4 countries in the last year and doubled our team.

Our strategy relies on powerful Tech built in-house. Homa’s platform provides a comprehensive set of software solutions to scout new trends and ideas, execute real-time A/B testing of all the game features through a no-code SDK, and distribute and monetize the games. Homa provides an end-to-end digital ecosystem through this platform for developers to focus on the right idea, optimize all the features, and distribute the games worldwide massively. Apps powered by Homa creators have been downloaded more than 500 million times.

We are a diverse team from various backgrounds (artists, business, engineers, entrepreneurs, ex strategy consultants) and origins (>20 nationalities). We are passionate about games and working with studios & platform partners worldwide (US, Europe, and Asia). We aim to give our games a step ahead of the competition, tailor-made support to our studio partners, and fair & transparent cooperation.

In October 2021, we raised a $50 million Series A round led by Northzone with the participation of Singular and renowned business angels, including King and FuboTV founders and Spotify founder Daniel Ek's family office, on top of a previous $15 million round with seed investors Headline and Eurazeo in February.

Job Description

We are looking for a Casual Product Manager responsible for dealing with Casual Games and dedicated to bringing the games to their highest capacity. This Product Manager will need to have a great experience in Casual Games product design and a deep sense of prioritization and organization. The games include a couple of different genres: Minesweeper, Chess, Blast, Solitaire Tripeaks…


  • Analyze a product and bring a critical judgment to a product, operate a quantitative & qualitative analysis of the product while taking into account the games fm the competition
  • Share analysis with internal & external stakeholders in order to establish what should be improved in the game.
  • Define product’s strategy and develop a product roadmap including
  • game design considerations (game economy, game balancing, sink analysis..)
  • analysis of the games from the competition
  • Features prioritization
  • Communicate on a daily basis with external studios to bring them clear guidelines and pilot the project while maintaining plan, schedules and roadmaps
  • Provide transparency to all the right stakeholders in order to ensure they are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releases.


  • Sharp eye for Casual games and or products
  • Ability to provide detailed feedback to the studio for constant product quality improvement
  • User-focused
  • Strong preference to applicants with previous games publishing and/or product
  • Understanding of project management practices as they relate to web and creative development.
  • Worked in an environment where you had to exhibit amazing problem-solving skills daily, viewing each new problem as an opportunity for success.
  • Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically, seeing them through to final resolution.
  • Have the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders: external studios, QA teams, User acquisition, Creative Team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
